This is my first photo taken. I am considered "in good shape for my age". I want to be drop dead for any age! I am 145 pounds and would like to weigh 135. I want more muscle and I'd love to get rid of the back fat and bra bulge, not to mention the muffin tops.
My husband took this pic while on cruise. somehow managed to miss my face! Pleased with ab improvement!
Start on the bottom step of a staircase. Do one calf raise. Move to second stair and do two calf raises. Three raises on the 3rd stair, etc. Until you get to the top! I totally blew it on vacation to Ocean City! It was an entire 7 days of donuts, bacon, cereal, fruit for breakfast. Followed by nachos supreme for lunch (about the healthiest choice on the beachfront grill menu) and way too much food for dinner. Not to mention all the late night ice...

Currently doing the p90x workout dvd's as I do not have a gym membership and need to work out at home. I am only into my 3rd week and I have been sidetracked by the holidays (poor eating!!!), but I hope to be much more consistent and really hit the weights hard!

I'll be a personal trainer in Feb-going to have an online website for training as well. Course you always look great, but I know what you mean when you say you feel fat.

Hey! OK, so call me crazy with all that we have going on (house, daniel, etc!!) but I signed up to do a figure competition....may 16...richmond, Va. It's called OCB Pride of the Atlantic. I'm doing the novice figure tall category. Come down for the nite-need all the support I can get. Andrew is toying with doing it. Look up amykessler on bodyspace...she'll be coaching me online. :)
We're both thinking of doing this competition in Richmond on May 16. It would be natural bodybuilding for him and natural figure for me. Prob gonna do it. Why don't you come down soon? We'll have a lil party with Dan!

wow-congrats. keep it up-i've been working out like a champ this whole month and everyone tells me I look lean and pumped, but the scale shows only a 5 pound loss in 5 weeks ? but I know my diet has not been as clean as should be. dan, me and andrew are challenging ourselves this week to eat 100% clean for 5 days. also, I may do a show may 16-trying to get up the courage.
Amy!! Welcome to bodyspace...it really is motivating. Applied for the hydroxycut transformation contest the other day and took my befores....they're soooo gross. Day 3 of clean eating & we both feel so good! You're gonna do great! :)
