Im went on a bing of beer, pizza, and Chocolate, for 3 days and gained 4lbs. Can you believe it! 4 lbs!!!! that's more then a pound a day. My face is all bloated, Im almost to embarrassed to go to the gym....almost.
I found myself crying on the treadmill today. I was at the gym for 5...
MONDAY & FRIDAY:
60 MINUTES OF BIKE RIDE
30 MINUTES OF STAIR MASTER
LEGS:
4/12 Squats 70LBS plus 45 Bar
4/12 Leg Press 270LBS
3/12 1-failure Standing leg curls 80lLBS single leg
3/12 Quad 70LBS
TUESDAY & THURSDAY:
60 MINUTES OF BIKE RIDE
30 MINUTES OF STAIR...
Hey Lady... We can do this... Ur goal is 145lbs @ 5'3 and mine is 160lbs @ 5'8... lets keep each other motivated and keep in touch :)... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
