When I was 11 I used to lift weights for something to do but I wasnt really into it but over the past year and a half I started properly training because supereth was catching me up because he used to be a scawrny mofo!

Tips to build arm thickness. Target your brachiallis by doing reverse grip curls and hammer curls. This muscle is often underdeveloped and will add size quick. Also go heavy when training triceps, they are 2/3's of your overall arm measurement.
