stopped taking progress pics after April 2006 and had a shoulder injury in October of 2006 and stopped lifting till February of 2007. I learned more about lifting/proper diet thanks to BB.com!!

wow what a change! i was a at 36 when i started now in down to a 30! this is my motivation! I kinda did bad eating (crazy week of exams!) I'm bloated looking but it will be gone next week!

I started a new core workout that my buddy uses for jujitsu. this is my 3rd workout i started on 11-23-07. Hope to see nice results next progress pic! Just got to keep my diet clean and cardio consistent.

I gained some bf from drinking alcohol too much over xmas vacation. I pushed myself farther away from my goals so now i have to work harder :(

the only exercise i get these days is riding my singlespeed MTB. Steep climbs really work the legs!
