hey man! Training is going well. I'm focusing on cardio and recovering from surgery. I hope to be back in the gym soon; right now I'm focusing on mountain biking. I am actually healthier than ever after adopting a vegan diet!

i was considering pharmacy school, but i decided to apply to graduate schools for either a m.s then phd or skip the m.s. good luck with studies! and keep up the good work!

your welcome! no lifting right now, I got pt for a car accident, but cardio is good! running about 4 miles a day (when i'm not studying) lol

thanks! was getting ready for mtb race, i finished 22 miles on a single speed in 2hrs 16min with calf cramping and no h20 halfway through race. Next time im looing to hit sub 2hr times!

bikes are great save gas and are great for cardio, especially if you ride in the mountains or on trails! I would reccomend a giant or gary fisher. If you want a good workout buy a singlespeed or since you live by big hills gears would be nice
