I was aprox. 230lbs from living an unhealthy lifestyle and i decided one day 01/01/05, as a new years resolution to whip myself into shape. Here i am now...4 years later!
this photo was taken when i reached a low in my life. i was depressed about the way i looked and my crappy eating habits. waist was a 36 (and they were tight)
i hope i can lean out more! just don't have the time to run :(

lots of hard work/sweat/exhaustion
vary exericses to hit muscle group(s) differently
manipulate reps/sets/rest/tempo frequently
can be summed up in 1 word......intense!
Glad things are going good for you in your training. Keep up the hard work and VEGAN is awesome...i dont know if i can make the switch though...my main diet is eggs. lol
Great to hear you're adapting so well to a vegan diet! I'm afraid I'm drifting the opposite way - I'm starting to think that my colitis has been worse since I've been vegan/vegetarian. Need to do some thinking. Good to hear you're training hard - keep us informed!
I noticed you want to improve your traps! Any press above the shoulder works great for me... I do them on shoulder day rather than back day. What is your routine? Your progress pictures are impressive!!
i did good for the hurricanes. just lost power but i can live with that compared to how bad i know it could've been. lol i know how ya feel about studying...i don't even have time for cardio right now :(
