How I Started:
I was aprox. 230lbs from living an unhealthy lifestyle and i decided one day 01/01/05, as a new years resolution to whip myself into shape.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief, look great, improve healthy lifestyle, fun, improve self dicipline.
How I Stay Motivated:
watching pumping iron daily! lol I also like to look at my old progress pics.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Front delt. I was out for about 1 month. I injured it trying to cheat on preacher curls.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper technique or trying to lift way beyond their ability.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
none if performed properly.

well besides organic chem keeping me up till 330am and lecture at 8 with a 1.5 mile walk in the rain my training rocked. Im still trying to figure out secret to good traps. Please help i need them for the summer!
