How I Started: I was aprox. 230lbs from living an unhealthy lifestyle and i decided one day 01/01/05, as a new years resolution to whip myself into shape.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Front delt. I was out for about 1 month. I injured it trying to cheat on preacher curls.

well besides organic chem keeping me up till 330am and lecture at 8 with a 1.5 mile walk in the rain my training rocked. Im still trying to figure out secret to good traps. Please help i need them for the summer!
