Growing-up funny pose-down winter video. "no chest, but it\'ll grow someday" What I do when I cannot go to the gym, I do all kind of push-ups, and pull - ups. I sure that are the push-ups not the weights what has helped me develop my chest. You have done a great job overall. Keep pumping heavy and smart.
