Rahul. Your arm look good in the pics. I want you to concentrate on doing pushups, pullups and chinups or just total calis. Along with your routine. This will help your arms get blow up real big and fast too. Just give it a shot. Look at the workout i gave you. Its part of the routines. Its a calis/lifting training. Let me know.

Hey Rahul. Im doing great. Hope is going well for you. Its been a while. My training is really going well despite some groin injuries. So I increased my calis workouts to compensate. How is you training going? Are you having any success and gaining weight and muscle? I hope so.
If you need some inpiration, check out the video below. This is what I do but not as advanced as them. Let me know.

O thats gonna change soon. The Mens Health Mag folks are kind of cocky. I will be glad for any magazine and if not the training done is irreplacable. So I will be happy enough with that. You hang in there bro.

Good job Rahul. Yes you have to make do with what have. You can do the calis every day because you dont need weights or machines, just your body and something to pull up on. Dont wait till the weekends to do the calis. You will have better results. Take care and keep me updated.
