Well I use to be on more. I see your posts. But it got blocked at my job, due to too much social networking at the workplace. However, you can alway install MSN messenger too. Im on that all day long, since im on the pc till 5 pm. Let me know if you decide to install it. I hope all is going well for you. The kid l trained for 6 month quit on me and is training with a friend later in the day. Sucks but thats life. Im solo mode now. Had a great leg day yesterday. So im good. How r u doing?

Im doing well Rahul. Im glad you are keepin up with the calis. Thats is the best conditioning tool out there and its all natural. If you can get a chain or belt, to add more weight, it will improve your game as well. Keep hanging in there little bro. Im missing ya kiddo, keep me updated.
