What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I have this saying in my workout log that's get me Hype. It's from the movie Knockaround Guys, it's what Van Diesel said before getting into a fight (500 fights, that's the number I figured when I was a kid. 500 street fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate tough guy. good job on getin leaner abs...just do lots ofnhanging legs raises.
switch from prolab creatine to prolab glutamin. the 1000 gram size is like 50 bucks and will last you 10 months if u use it daily. glutamine will make u way bigger becasue the gains u make r real thick muscle instead of gaining water weight like creatine give u....keep doin ur thing!
