hey layne, since it says to use pro tan for a week ( which im doing) wont i have to shave again? will that take off the tan? thanks for the help!:D oh and i hope your recovery is going really well man, pulling for you!

thank you man. you know, you were right about the drug testig at the arnold bieng a joke, an official asked each competitor if they were using drugs, not even a lie detector test, what is that crap? why even bother doig that, on scouts honer? aprently none of them have it then.....what a joke, im really dissapointed in arnold for pushing it as a drug tested show....

hey thank you for saying i inspire you! that means alot! competing is hard work, but its so much fun and so worth it, it doesnt even matter in the end where you place! everyone who trains hard and diets for the show is a winner! maybe i will see you there then! the names james, keep lifting that heavy iron man!

hey buddy, those pics were of me in 06, my first show, had no idea how to diet, i managed a second place spot in the light heavyweights, i was exactly 176 and 1/4lbs, lol, probly shoulda been in middleweights! good luck in your shor man. just remember, posing is VERY important, the judges can only judge what they can see, check out bobs posing guid on this site, its steller!

ok i got thew low down on the show, aparently they only usine test the weight class winners like you said, and prohormone use is banned now but since i used ti awhile ago i will be fine, thank you for your help man!

hey layne, do you happen to know where there is a rules and regulations page for the NBA, i cant find one anywhere, i was just wondering, because i had tried prohormones before they were banned by the fda and wadda...technically there a steriod, will i not be allowed to compete because of that? iv never used the real thing.
