Hey ragingmuscle you look great! i just had a question.. im learning in my nutrition class that nobody needs 100-300 g of protein per day... its considered way too much and unhealthy.. is that true?? do bodybuilders not need that much?? thanks for ur time

Thanks for the info Rage -- how do you cycle Animal Test, while on a cut? Do you do the two 21-day cycles, then a cycle of M-Stak, like the directions suggest, or do you do something a little different. I'm very interested in your advice, never tried Test before, but would be willing if it will have an anabolic effect on my cut -- thanks bro!

Thanks for the add -- no, not going to the Arnold -- money is a little tough right now -- I'm not willing to sacrifice my supplements -- so, I'm laying low this year -- I had a question for you Rage, do you ever take Animal Stak while you're cutting, if so, would it help to preserve lean muscle during a cut?
