I stopped working construction. I needed to do something to burn of some energy. Also needed some goals to work at.
Why I Love It:
I love the hard work that it takes. I also love the way it makes me feel. Setting goals and accomplishing those goals is very gratifying.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at magazines and see what i want to look like.
