For the moment it's like i hit a brick wall cause i got school and they've been overloading me and i got to the gym 3 to 4 times a week now so i even lost some weight.

I try to make it simple, well sort of.
I do sets to the point were im burning and hurting by the end of the third set and i just do one exercise per body part unless it's legs then i do 2 or 3.

Nah i haven't i just do my own thing. Swith it between 4-12,10,8,6 and 4-6.
