My main goal is just to lose BF and lean out enough to do a bikini comp in October... it seems like I'll never get there though even though Im trying :(

Do you then just use an ordinary split?
How much volume do you work with?
When i did ordinarys splits, i had 3-4 exercises pr. bodypart (also depending on reprange, sets etc.)
