How I Started:
I've tried to improve the way I look and feel on different occasions but I didnt get satisfactory results due to bad diets and lack of motivation. This time around, I am only out to lose weight. 45lbs to be exact.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel Im one step closer to achieving my dream body and thats a great feeling to have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont. Thats why I have problems achieving good results. I have tons of problems that shut down my motivation.

Goal (Long):
Total transformation would be my dream come true, but Ill settle for some fat loss. 45lbs in a year seems doable, so let's hope I can achieve it or at least get close to that goal.
Im planning to lose most of my fat first and then start bulking up so Im not stuck looking like a smaller version of what I am now.
That said, depression sucks and Im back to my old ways.
I had an appointment with my nutritionist yesterday and it went ok considering I havent been exercising anymore and I thought she would scold me for it, but she didnt. She told me Im no longer in the "Obesity 2" category and now Im only in the "Overweight" category, so that...

Anyone know why I cant view anyones progress pics in large size anymore? not even my own! Weird. The url gets shortened and the domain name disappears. It only happens on progress pics tho, not profile pics. What a pain.
