How I Started:
I've tried to improve the way I look and feel on different occasions but I didnt get satisfactory results due to bad diets and lack of motivation. This time around, I am only out to lose weight. 45lbs to be exact.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel Im one step closer to achieving my dream body and thats a great feeling to have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont. Thats why I have problems achieving good results. I have tons of problems that shut down my motivation.

Maintain the weight loss Ive achieved so far and if possible, continue to lose some more, IF some motivation comes my way.
Goal (Long):
Total transformation would be my dream come true, but Ill settle for some fat loss. 45lbs in a year seems doable, so let's hope I can achieve it or at least get close to that goal. Im planning to lose most of my fat first and then start bulking up so Im not stuck looking like a smaller version of what I am now. That said, depression sucks and Im back to my old ways.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Mike Mentzer's body was amazing. He had great symmetry and just the right amount of mass/definition.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I grunt, but not too loudly. I find it off putting when its too loud. If its acceptably loud, Im fine with it.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Usually my back or shoulders would start aching, but I havent had a huge injury yet.
