How I Started:
got started at home, just wanted to be like Arnold and gain strength. turned into a passion for weights, then football and wrestling, now i just like being huge. as a medic in the army even a patient that only weighs 180lbs. still has a good 60-80lbs. of gear and bodyarmor on, so I need to be as strong as I can be to help these guys if the get injured.
Why I Love It:

5 days on, 1 day off. 4-5 working sets of 12-16 reps. lots of cardio.

My partner and I have been upping the reps but keeping the weights up as well so this means we use the rest-pause tech, but no more then 10secs at...

You have the height and build to pack on some serious muscle mass and get ripped up. Your arms are already huge! Keep training strong and stay safe while in Iraq. When you get back to the Buckeye state, continue to hammer your physique.
