well thank you me 2 bro there is def some fierce competition but im going to just try my best cant really do any more than im doing lolol well i can def help you with ur diet and if u follow it perfectly u shoul loose minimum muscle or maybe even none and if your genetics are good u mite even add muscle

it ends may 7 i plan to have my pics posted by the 2 i really hope i can pull this off brother lol ....ive decided to take away my prgress pics and try to give it a nice drmatic effect just from tanning and dropping my carbs for 2 weeks i slimmed out alot and i plan on being very tight and if i have to even loose some of my mass lolol sucks but u gotta do it how about you bro hows the training going did u try my workout ?

THanks man i appriciate it i really do your in great shape as well .....Just sucks though to keep my results coming this fast im going to have to start going more crazy lolol im already workimng out 6 days a week 2 times a day 3 -4 times so its going to be hard but my motivation is there i give it credit ...pm me if you wanna know my knew workout plan its kinda too god to be flashing lol

Arms are tough. Just make sure to use enough weight that you can really feel the bicep burn after about 3 sets. always use slow and controlled motion when working arms. Hope that helps. Chad

Ha ha Thank you, I appreciate your comment. And thats true. I work out as much as i need to and want to. Depending on how I feel that day and what kind of work outs I am doing that day... Like I usually say "What you get in life it's what you put into it"... Therefore, dedicating yourself its all we can do in this industry. Best of luck man!
