What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I would say any type of heavy lift is dangerous. There is always a possibility of your body giving out. Weight lifting is a dangerous sport.

yo raffy! sup partna, watch out in the new chat theres mods sending IP blankouts. Whenever u try to open a page again will say "address not found". Had to clear the IP using command promt was modified to 0.0! Watch out bud ;)
