to start a regular work out regimine and stick with doing something to keep me in shape.

i would like to be motivated to allow myself to understand why i need to push myself in the gym to see the results i want for competition. my main focal point will be trying not to cheat on any diet that i will be on. once i have gained some more muscle, i will tone up and look totally different.
