Right now, one word. School.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout log. I considered software but unless I do it on my PDA I can't take it with me.
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I do not have the space at home and it is nice to get away and have some privacy.
