Atlanta stadium. I am not sure what I was thinking or looking at. More than likely the storm that was looming and caused the long rain delay. All good. Braves won.
You can also see the loose skin on my head/neck/face.
A view of the excess skin on the upper leg. If I put up a glute shot it would show basicly the same thing. So lucky y'all, no butt pics.

Goal (Long):
I had bariatric surgery in Sept 2006. As I begin the second phase of transforming my body, it is time to concentrate on gaining back the muscle I lost and adding to it. I do not intend on entering any events or competitions. I will only be competing with myself as I strive to reach the goals that I set. I know these goals will change in time as I reach each one and set new ones. My intermediate goal is to be able to bench, squat, and dead lift my body weight. The short term goal is to make myself get into the gym and develop the habits of a consistent workout routine.
Haven't seen you for a while..howv'e you been?...Okay enough of the Dave Mason song and it really doesn't fit here anyway. So school is done and I made it through. Just waiting to take my boards on the 6th of June. Gym time has been nearly non-existent. Diet has been mostly clean so...
Hey Rick -
Just wanted to check in with you - haven't seen an update in a while, hope things are well with you! You've made some amazing progress - keep it up!
What you have achieved to this point has been nothing short of amazing and I congratulate you. If you wish to take your fitness to the next level and would like it to happen sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.
LOL about the hug Rick !! how have you been - I have been sort of busy - I started a new job and am trying to get situated - with schedule and training - the first week is rough - hope all is well
have a great day >^..^<
Hi Rick, I admire what you do. I used to go on baby runs with our local paramendics when I worked in NICU. I couldn't believe some of the stories! It looks like you need some progress pictures up...you're dropping weight! Good for you! Sue
