I do a 5 day bodypart split. Starting to work in 3 days of cardio (running) and basic ab work 3 days a week.

 

Day 1 - Back +  Abs

Day 2 - Shoulders + Cardio

Day 3 - Legs + Abs

Day 4 - Chest + Cardio

Day 5 - Arms + Abs

Day 6 - Rest

Day 7 - Cardio
