I started working out during high school. While in college; it became my daily routine. After that I came to live to the US, when I was 21 in 1997, I completely stopped going to the gym and my diet was a mess. It was not until 2004 that I started again. I got tired of looking like a potato and wanted to quit looking at old pictures of myself while wondering: What the hell happened to me?
So now I am back and I have been doing it consistently for about five years. I am not even close to where I would like to be, but for the mean time I am enjoying everything that the fitness world has to offer: Health, a clean diet, feeling good, being active, and getting people crazy jealous. Come on guys! Don’t we all love that?
Why I Love It:
Helps me reach the state of ‘Nirvana.” That is when I get a good workout of course! otherwise I leave the gym feeling like crap for the half *ss job. Not too good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I wish I could figure this one out! There is no motivational magic formula for me. I wish there was one. It switches and changes all the time. Whatever motivated me to workout yesterday may be different today. What is important is that I get to the gym five times a week and I get a good workout regularly.
Thanks, radnkool. Great progress and physique. I mainly use the basics as far as supplements go...protein, creatine, EAAs and sometimes vitargo. ..as long as they're reputable brands. Hope this helps!
