How I Started:
I quit smoking and gained serious weight and got tired of lossing my breath tying my shoe's. :-)
Why I Love It:
Its an easy way the escape in the middle of the day and feel good about yourself
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont want my kids to grow up without a dad because I didn't take care of myself!

I have been working out consistantly for 2 years both cardio and weight training and a reduced diet, with no luck losing weight. Then recently I have found out I have cushings diasease. So no mater what I do I could not loose weight. Its frustrating to workout as much as I do and not lose weight....
