When I Started: Feb, 2007
How I Started: Originally I started weight lifting in high school, about 1978. I was always active in sports. I was the catcher for softball, played varsity tennis, and volleyball, as well as marched in the high school band for (4) years.I have lifted off an on again all thru my life. I was doing well and then had to have knee surgery about (3) years ago. This left me barely able to walk. I am now back in the gym, and doing well.

UPDATE:
Been out of the gym for awhile. Knee injury again, and then changed jobs/towns....Starting over again....
Why I Love It: I like being able to sculpt my body,and I like being strong.
How I Stay Motivated: My best friend/coach Augie keeps me on track,he is one of the most positive influeneces in my life right now. He keeps me going!

I also ride a Harley, and like to be able to handle it...they weigh a lot..Plus I like the looks I get on my bike when I am buff....
BB Accomplishments: To lose the body fat, and gain muscle...to be sculpted and strong without losing my feminity. I like being a girl!!

I strained or sprained my good knee Friday before last, so this past week, I was really trying to be careful and not make it worse. The last thing I needed was to injure it and have to have surgery on my "GOOD ONE".
I'm not a "professional body builder" and just really getting into this...

wow..never seen so big biceps before..compared to me my arm would look like thootpick..:) i bet u can curl at least 100lbs with just one arm..
