I was really skinny about 110lbs in 8th grade I decided to get bigger and stronger at the end of 8th grade.
Why I Love It:
Its my own sport and I can set my own goals. I can customize my workouts and it makes me feel good about myself and I look better...Ladies love it
How I Stay Motivated:
I just want to get bigger and I can't stop or Ill get weaker and smaller. So I keep myself motivated and my friend and me always compete to see who is bigger
I want to gain 20 pounds of muscle by the summer. I want to get a lot stronger
Goal (Long):
I just want to build a bigger body my muscles are ok right now but with about 30 more pounds Ill be really big. I mainly want to increase my chest and arms. I'm trying to bench 210 by the summer time and I want to get my legs stronger so I can dunk
I need to gain this weight because I was injured for a few months and wasnt able to lift and lost it all now i just got back into it last week
