I really got into it about five years ago, and almost became a personal trainer. then my life changed drastically for a while, then I had my son. When we got out of the baby stage and I weighed 195lbs, it was time to get back to it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment, knowing there is something that I can control. I really enjoy the way that i feel afterwards, and I definetly like running around outside with my son, brothers and sisters while everyone else stands back and asks me, "Don't you think your gonna feel that tommorrow, you're too old to be running around." Whatever!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, right now I'm focused on my waist measurements. I just write everything down, and if I don't have somethng to journal one day, I feel pretty guilty.
BB Accomplishments:
None! Just lost about 40 lbs, but that wasn't hard. The hard part is getting a tight tummy.

I didn't allow many pics to be taken of me then, I'm guessing that I was about 185lbs here.
Well, I have a two year old son, and I still do not have a very nice stomach. So I would like to lean out my core without losing weight. I am also working to maintain a strong upper body for my sport of circle track racing. And why not just get all over hot while I'm at it?
Well, I suppose it is about time for an update. I don't believe that I've had much, if any progress at the waist line. Maby the beginning weeks of HIIT wan't enough. Well, I'm bumping it up now so we'll see. My arms are feeling a little tougher, even looking more buff. That may be the...
Thanks... I don't race any longer but I do own a Supercross/Arenacross team... we only do Super & Arena at this time. Maybe down the road we will add a Moto team to the mix as part of our development.
Tiffanie, you look great! I wish you the best for your goal. I like that you're still active, and wanting to be active, especially with your child(ren). I can't imagine my life if I couldn't run around and keep up with my daughter.
Even though you do not look like you have all that much to lose I suggest you look at the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 & I lost 50 lb’s going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12-weeks with the BFL program. It isn’t super easy nor so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. By committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort. Feel free to give either of us a yell.
