I've been fairly active for most of my life since high school, but its the stress of school that gets me off course. It wasn't until last year that I decided to make fitness my priority and everything else just sort of balance out after that.

Feeling the soreness in my muscles the next day and seeing other people in the gym who have worked hard to get where they are keeps me going.

This was taken at the very beginning of my workout routine this year.
So I measured around my chest today just for the fun of it and noticed that I've lost 2 inches there! I'm thinking its because my bust is decreasing the more body fat I'm losing which is good news!
I also was able to do some regular push ups today. For the past few weeks I've stuck to...

You toned down FAST! How strict were you on diet? Any pointers?
Congratulation girl...my feet will definitely need some work after all I put them through...lol! Still looking good too...keep up the good work and lemme know if you need school resources...places to go for mnemonics to remember everything that they will force down your throat! Hi, I graduated form UCF back in 96. Are you doing the Body for Life Program?? I did round 2 back in March 07 and it made a believer out of me. I doing round 3 now. Good luck with your goals.
