Overall Goal: My son is 14 months old now and I have had success ups and downs but I haven't really reached and sustained my goals SO I'm on here to get motivated again and see some consistent results
Fit Status:
I'm more focused and getting back in gear.
I first joined the gym when I was 13 years old. My mom thought it would motivate her if she had me to go with. I enjoyed going, it was like a playground for me. I really got serious when I was about 18 years old.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to be strong and healthy.
I like the burn during workouts and it's gratifying to see results.

I want to weigh about 120 - 122 lbs, have a body fat % between 18 - 20, and have the strength and endurance I had before having my son.

I want to LOSE 10 lb
