How I Started:
I first joined the gym when I was 13 years old. My mom thought it would motivate her if she had me to go with. I enjoyed going, it was like a playground for me. I really got serious when I was about 18 years old.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to be strong and healthy. I like the burn during workouts and it's gratifying to see results.

6 months after having my son. My bf% is going down steadily but my overall weight is dropping slowly. Which is good, i'm putting some muscle back on.
