How I Started:
I got Anxiety out the butt! If I didnt start working out and become an athlete, I'd be a total walking ball of anxiety. And, I just like the rush i get when i workout, really. Its those endorphines, dude. They're addictive.
Why I Love It:
Because it ensures health, longevity, and who doesn't wanna look dead sexy?!? I'm get super pumped and happy when i workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do it! I dont want to be out of shape. I take progress pictures, i critique myself, and I challenge myself.
BB Accomplishments:
soldiering through triathlons and placing pretty high. Kayaking 12 miles down a river, in the rain, without stopping. Everyday is an accomplishment because i push myself to the limit.

I want to become a professional fitness competitor. I want to also go to the next level with my triathlons, instead of competing as an amateur. I want to do something with my swimming. from my own education in being certified. I get it from ME and sometimes i also look at what professional competitors with my same height and build are doing.

I have dealt with some of the most foolish and ridiculous characters in the gym this past week and, after another encounter with one of these people this evening; i felt like i had to post a rant. you know, just get it off my chest. Maybe someone who is on my same page will read my blog...
