I did much more x training this time... i ran 2 times a week.. one would be like 4 miles the other would be my long run which i build up from 3 miles up to 13 over 10 weeks... i had to throw in the xtraining as i got sooo borred last time..truly i HATE running but do it anyway hahaha

good luck with your running... my last 1/2 was couple of months ago... i am just getting back into running as i twisted my ankle 2 weeks ago snowboarding...
my profile pic was taken in october... trying to get walm enough to get my WET-wetsuit on to go to a second night dive...
