Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I have been going to gym on and off since college. Since the last 3 years I have become regular. In 2010 I successfully finished the P90X program. I never had a trainer, so I have lost lot of time and age without much gains. I now have belly fat that I desperately want to get rid of. Would love 6 pack abs. I have muscular shoulders. Chest has almost no definition. I can't get the biceps to grow. Same with lats. I have tennis elbow trying to do lat pull-downs and pull-ups.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Makes me feel healthy and confident.

Body By Design 12 Week Transformation

I am starting the program on President's day, 2/20/2012. Printed out workout trackers. Watching videos now. Noticed there are no videos specific to the workouts and diet mentioned in the Body By Design book.
