Under the guidance of my trainer/coach, I eat what they tell me too. I quit trying to 'figure out' my meal plans and analyzing everything so that I can just eat my food, enjoy the process and eliminate any extra stress. I hid my scale and only weigh on days that my trainer asks (he will let me know the night before he wants me to weigh). I can't believe the difference I have seen by not weighing everyday. Huge burden lifted.
If you can get a coach/trainer/nutritionist to figure out your food for you, I highly recommend it! It has allowed me to spend more time focusing on my workouts and not trying to figure out what I am going to eat and when.
