i found a great way for me to cut fat and maintain muscle was low carb dieting. only i ate most of my carbs before lunch, all clean carbs like oatmeal and wheat products, also lots of fiber at every meal. (aprox 35-45 gm a day) i did this for about three weeks.

thank you again. i trained on my own in my basement. i just picked the best workout program and stuck with it. it was a mix of several differnt workouts i picked up over the years. thank you again and good luck.
