How I Started:
This summer I took a trip to the Florida Keys. I was so embarrassed about my body image, that I couldn't really enjoy myself. I decided then and there that enough was enough.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results... big, pumped arms and shoulders, and the loss of fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Biggest Loser, tracking my progress, and thinking about how big & fat I used to be.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting into the size 10 pants, and they were too big. Also, being able to use the 45# bar to do the military press. WOOHOO!
