my goal has changed i no longer worry bout how much i weigh i want to hit a one-digit percentage body fat percentage even if its only 9%... i was still even cut up at 13%
To come back stronger and better than ever. Increase the strength in my knee so it doesn't ever get injured again. Increase my other knee so it doesnt't fall short as well.
bring up the mass but keeping the fat % low.I lost 40 pounds body weight 227lbs - 184lbs , but i wish to get some back of course keeping the body shape.
