How I Started:
I actually started weight training while in the army. Its been off and on since then. Now its time to hit it hard like never before.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of all the short and long term benefits. Besides the natural improvement, it gives me a mental boost to deal with other 'hard' things.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing others (esp older than I) stay in great shape and by knowing the goal that I want to acheive as well.

Hey man, I hear ya. We're all strived to get just a little bit better. Youre doing great! I re-started my workouts back in Nov '08. I worked with a personal trainer for a few months and now I'm training alone. I'm addicted to it now ;) Thanks for the encouragement brotha!

hey thanks for the add brotha! you def have an awesome base to start from..the best advice i would say is really take this time to get to know your body..know how it responds to certain foods and workouts..dont let anyone talk your head into some non sense
