How I Started:
I was fat and over weight...So I decided that I was tired of being that way and do something about it. I started running my ass off and doing simply workouts like sit-ups, push ups, and pull ups. Next thing I know I went from 240 lbs. to 180 lbs. in 6 months!
Why I Love It:
I love the look of the body when its ****ing shredded! I love picking the heaviest dumbell up in the gym and pressing it likes it your bitch!
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking through magz. like MD and seeing people like Kai green, Dexter Jackson, and my favorite Trey Brewer ****ing transform!
BB Accomplishments:
To do 1 show before I die.
