Workout Program:
Monday- Chest and Abs
Wed.- Back, Arms, Shoulders
Friday-Abs and Legs

Prior to every workout, I bike 3 miles at 134+ bpm
After every workout, I bike 3-4 miles and sometimes run a mile, always staying at or above 134 bpm.

Depending on the body part, I usually do 3 sets. The first set is 12, the seond 10, the third, 8. Each time I increase the weight by 5,10 or 15 lbs.

I don't do crunches, just ab machines and free weights. With the abs, I punish myself.

---
My workout stays within 1 hour and 15 minutes (not including the cardio and stretching). I don't like being in the gym too long, I want to get in, workout, and get out.

I don't use charts, logs, or detailed excel spreadsheets with biweekly, quartly and semiannaul projections. I just go in and do what feels right. I believe in proper technique. I rest only at the most 20-30 seconds between sets, usually less than that.

The reason I do a 3 day split is because I have both work and school, so 3 days at about 2 hours each is all I can really afford.

I like intensity in my workouts, which is why I can only really workout with 1 person (my neighbor-he's 6'5, so we have a bunch of fun alternating on the machines lol)
