LOL. Man I stopped counting my weight along time ago. I realized that it doesn't really make a difference, its how I look to myself. I let the mirror determine why "weight". But how are you doing? Whats up with the progress pics?

Hey man I'm still grinding. Have you seen my latest progress pic? Its me man!!!! I'm actually not using any supplements at the moment, just tweaking my diet. However, I did use lipodrene for about a week, and it had awesome results

LOL. Man I haven't weighed myself in a minute. I've really been eating the same thing and just tweaking my regiment every two or three weeks. I've actually gotten more cut this past week due to homecoming and eating less.

Lol. I hear you sir. I come home and my mind collapses. Literally. I gotta lift 2 more times this week. Legs and abs. School is proving to be extremely draining. Working out is my only stress relief. I'm holding off on the other stress relief |;+)

you have to have an ID, otherwise its a fee per sememster. I think legends charges you $20 a month if you wanna try that. See if any of your friends can bring a free guest. That's what I usually do LOL

Not really that long, and we've only had 2 real sessions, and 3 "off" sessions. But all my workouts now require a spotter, even with bicep curls!!! LOL. It's intense and tiring, but the results have people accusing me of using steroids!

Well my trainer has me on a new workout. Ridiculously light weights, but focusing heavily on form. Its Kicking my @**.But I've seen impressive growth, slimmer waistline(lost an inch) and better cuts. All while upping my calories.

Summer's good. My trainer has me eating 1 pound of lean beef a day, mixed with egg white, and veggies. So far lost another inch of my waist, more definition and bigger size.

Training's great man. Right now I'm at 154 muscle. I want to get to 160 and lose some excess water weight and get my calves bigger. So far I've got the calf muscle bigger, but the my legs (the seats) have gotten slimmer.
