At first trying to impress others. I wanted to look a certain way. Now, its to maintain who I am.
Why I Love It:
Intensity. For an introvert I have a lot of energy. It helps me to release it. The added bonus is it keeps me healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
Consistency. Plus, I look good. I love the way I look and want to maintain and go beyond (as far as being fit is concerned.)

Internship went great.
Stopped counting pounds and officially let the mirror tell me what I need to improve on :)
Gained lots of muscle, lost an inch in my waist

Prior to every workout, I bike 3 miles at 134+ bpm

In moderation of course. I was on vacation and this was the only sweets I had throughout the entire time there. Had a great time and hit the gym everyday.

Good. Playing the weight game can be an annoying game to say the least. Progress pics? Like I told mdrane, 1-1-2009. Unfortunately, I can't put any up now because of a bet I've got going with MH3000 so alas. Other than bets and the like I've just been training, working, and actually trying out this weird thing called meridian stretching. Not being in college took a toll on my flexibility, so this seems like a winner but over time we'll see.

hah i have no stress relivier im always stressing my self cause got to much on ma mind, i guess gym makes me feel a lil better but never enough, idk maybe i need go even harder on workout cause im not satisfied at all and if i could id be in gym all day lol but can only work ur body out for a gud 90 mins or so or dats over training blah
