At first trying to impress others. I wanted to look a certain way. Now, its to maintain who I am.
Why I Love It:
Intensity. For an introvert I have a lot of energy. It helps me to release it. The added bonus is it keeps me healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
Consistency. Plus, I look good. I love the way I look and want to maintain and go beyond (as far as being fit is concerned.)

This was me coming off a horrible bulking phase. Most of my life I dealt with people saying I was too skinny. As you can see, that completely went to my head.
Now I'm bulking can't seem to get past 152. I got to 153 but a long day at work and not being able to eat consistently cut into that. I'm now at 151~152
Hey everyone, I know several millenia have pasted since I have written but here goes:
Internship went great.
Stopped counting pounds and officially let the mirror tell me what I need to improve on :)
Gained lots of muscle, lost an inch in my waist

How school and training going?
Is school beating the crap out of you yet and trying to stop all the fun of a college student? Dang, I'm really thinking about going back. Grad school isn't nearly as fun as undergrad though.
hah i have no stress relivier im always stressing my self cause got to much on ma mind, i guess gym makes me feel a lil better but never enough, idk maybe i need go even harder on workout cause im not satisfied at all and if i could id be in gym all day lol but can only work ur body out for a gud 90 mins or so or dats over training blah
tired and stress dealing wit to much, school ok just getting hang of it again since i took 2 yrs off before starting, didn't life since monday might go do chest tmrw

As my trainer friend in barbados says, doing light weight, focusing on form, and lots of reps seems to make your body require a heck of a lot of nutrition and you end up losing fat and growing at the same time. Thats why I miss drop sets.

Well, the weights are good. Everything else, not so much. I haven't done too much conditioning/flexibility/agili ty work in a while.
Don't even ask me the last time I was on the mat let alone took a martial arts class. I was toying around with the idea of just doing tai-chi. I still am.
Ha ha, so what is some of the everything you're trying.
Doing ok. Summer's been full of ups and downs trying to get the time management thing down. Been forced to miss a lot of gym time, but been back on track for almost a month now. Eating a lot, pretty good workouts and taking whey protein has upped my body weight. Want to gain a bit more before I start cuttin. What was your summer like?
