How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i like to gun for 10 solid clean reps because i want my body part to get the full workout it deserves

i like to take between 40 secs to a minute because i want to keep the pump going !

because we push each other until we cant lift anymore and its always good to have a spotter even though i lift more than g-wors !
