I started lifting when I began to play football in high school. Ever since then, I've been hooked! I am just beginning to compete in bodybuilding competitions so i've had to train differently this past year.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it's always amazing to see your body transform into something you never thought possible.
How I Stay Motivated:
striving towards the goal of turning pro by 28
BB Accomplishments:
I've decided to postpone my competing until next year to build an even bigger and better package. Next stop 225!!!!
just moved to carlisle, i work in harrisburg and am looking for a training partner. I'm married, 34, not gay, not bi, just want someone who is focused on working out to help train. email is croatinpa@yahoo.com.
Hey, I know what you mean. I have quickly realized that patience is the key to bodybuilding. You'll get to 225 but it should take some time if you do it right. I have a similar goal after I cut off this annoying bodyfat.
nice.. puting on more size always sounds fun! getting more weight on as its up and downs..... though i feel strong when i'm heavy, i feel like a fat bloted basterd.
if you dieted for 16 weeks and didnt see anything, i dont know what you were doing lol!... "if you dont see change you need to make change".... i go week by week .. if there is no change on the scale or mirror then something needs to be done.. either my diet or cardio.
