well after 3 weeks of not working out, its back to work. was on vacation and i dont regret not working out...well a little.

back to my old workout. chest and back twice a week, shoulders and arms twice a week, and legs twice a week. i have always liked this workout. i also started doing 45 mins of cardio (running) i like that better then any other cardio. so far it hasnt been too hard to run 45mins, i though it would be.

It is best to follow a proven program when deciding to either lose weight and/or get into great shape otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.

Thanks so much. Still got a lot of fat to loose, but its coming off. I am so sad Rosie can't come to Vegas though :(
