I used to work with a guy that was pretty big, and he took me to his gym one night, we worked out and I was hooked!
Why I Love It:
Because it's a great stress reliever for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's a neccessary function of my life at this point ... I MUST stay motivated so that I don't go crazy!!!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 200 lbs. and probably about 20% BF to 162 lbs. and 7% BF in 1 in a half months! Yes, it's true! I could hardly believe it myself!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
usually betweeen 10 and 12 reps starting then taper down as the weight goes up, ending up with 4 to 6 reps on my last reps for one exercise.

I've only been able to hit the gym on an average of twice a week for the last 8 months ... my physique has really suffered from it. Reason being is, my job and home are so far from the closest 24HourFitness .... 

Well much to my happiness ... a new 24HourFitness is opening tomorrow morning...
