Workout Program:
I have 3 workout routines. They are pretty basic. It's a 6 on and then one day off schedule. Legs..then back, shoulders and bi's....then chest and tri's with abs and some sort of cardio thrown in there just about every day for good measure. I try to go as heavy as I can on all. Just the way dad used to make me. I guess I am just trying to catch up to my dad and my brother's physiques. It sucks being the little guy in the family.
