How I Started:
I went for a physical fitness test and they wouldn't allow me to perform it due to having high blood pressure. I drove the 30 miles back to the town I live in and decided then that I didn't want to live that way and possibly deal with health issues at a young age.
Why I Love It:
I have energy and more confidence.
