How I Started:
i was deployed in iraq and the only thing to do when i was not on a mission was hit the gym or be lazy so i hit the gym.
Why I Love It:
i love getting bigger and stronger. i also love the pump and the focus i get in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
well i read articles on BB.com and when im in the gym i blast my ipod as loud as it will go.
BB Accomplishments:
when i started lifting i was 175 lbs. of beer belly and coould only bench 135 for about 6 reps. Now im 200 lbs. and i put up 315 lbs for 8 reps.

my goal is to gain more overall muscle and slim down the waist a little.
Goal (Long):
well since i started lifting i have been setting goals like lifting 225 lbs. on flat bench. then i reach the goal and have to set a new one. well my new goal right now is to put up 405 lbs. hopefully i can reach it soon.
