What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am on high protein and low carb diet. Lot's of vegetables and fruits.
No sodas, no sweets, no rice, noodles, bread, pumpkins (including brown)
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
• I look forward to how much calories I will burn and how much weight I can lift on my workout days.
